Marriage contract of Asiyah Khanum, daughter of Haj Mirza Mahmud Khan Fakhim al-Saltanah, and Mirza Ghaffar Khan, son of Mirza Ahmad Khan, on December 7, 1921. The mahr is 500 tumans and a Qurʼan worth 5 tumans, which remains the debt of the bridegroom.

The document reads in part: "Dividing the property of the late Fakhim al-Saltanah: after giving his wives their mahrs and spending one third of his inheritance according to his will, and also after giving each wife a share of the inheritance (an eighth), the rest of the inheritance, including whatever remains of properties, gardens, buildings, furniture, pack animals, pasture, roadsters, and the rest were divided among Fakhim al-Saltanah's daughters, Zaynab Khanum, Rubabah Khanum, and Asiyah Khanum. Each daughter received her share, after which, they lose the right to question this decision...
